The Professional Master range combines high-quality stainless-steel blades with ergonomically designed polypropylene handles featuring Microban® antimicrobial protection.

The blades undergo specialised heat-treatment processes, including sub-zero treatment, to provide a precise, durable cutting edge with excellent resistance to wear. The V-shaped edge grind delivers accurate cutting performance and can be resharpened repeatedly.

The antimicrobial protection is incorporated into the polypropylene handles during manufacture. It is designed to inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi on the handle, helping to maintain a cleaner and more hygienic surface throughout the life of the product. Importantly, the antimicrobial feature is not a substitute for normal cleaning and sanitising.

The knives are NSF certified, making the range particularly well suited to professional food preparation and commercial kitchen environments.
