Guidelines:

1. Remove tags and wash prior to first use.
2. Maximum capacity is ¾ of the pan/pot being used.
3. Cook on low heat to prevent food from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
4. Foods containing starch e.g. pasta or rice can leave a residue inside the frying pan To EASILY remove this residue wipe with a cloth dampened with lemon juice or vinegar.
5. Avoid leaving food in the pan for long periods of time.
6. Wash with a mild detergent or rinse soon after using. A soft cloth/sponge is recommended to maintain the shine. Chlorine and other harsh substances in the water can cause marks on the base.
7. It is suggested that screws should be checked and tightened from time to time as they could loosen
